Our internet gateway died and we got ran around. Told to cancel the service and reactivate it. And forced to use the old box. Refused to refund or give a new box. Will never use this service again.

They was very helpful as they alway r I go to the Metro PCS in Alabama city ( Gadsden Alabama ) they alway help me.
