“I bought a Bluetooth speaker at this location however I couldn't make up my mind on which speaker I wanted so I ended up taking the one that I thought I liked but after a week I was upset at myself for not picking the other one anyhow with that being said I called them up talk to the gentleman and said would it be okay if I was to switch the Bluetooth speakers out because I really wanted the other one and made a mistake by getting the one I have now lol the guy could have said no right away but instead he said no problem now that right there shows that this company cares about their customers and I have a lot of respect for a business that operates that way.At the end of the day they did me good and I would recommend doing business with them..... ?”

“Free diagnosis.Was unable to fix my complicated issue / required sauter .Though ive always brought any of my phones and other items here for a quick and affordable fix .He's replaced phone screens many times for myself and my family throughout the years and always good work .He's replaced speakers on my other phone .Great service .”

“I originally started my service at the Rainbow City location back in 2022. The manager, Alexis took great care of me that day and every time I have come in since. She moved to the Gadsden location earlier this year, and I followed behind her. It’s a further drive for me, but well worth every mile! She always greets me with a smile on her face and has the best attitude and professionalism. Her customer service is top tier. I’m convinced she can answer any question and solve any problem when it comes to my phone and anyone else’s for that matter. If you’re planning on visiting Cricket, I highly recommend going to the East Gadsden location and asking to have Alexis as your representative.”

“I was at Metro Sunday Superbowl day. It's two customers already waiting and now I'm #3.. No one however is complaining because there is only one person working and he is doing a excellent job of multi tasking. He was setting up a new phone for one couple then helping another and making all the necessary phone calls to complete the task . Then he starts helping me with a factory reset. He's doing all this and is so polite the whole time. Everyone left there happy including me. I have to say thank you. I can't remember his name but he worked on Superbowl Sunday by himself and did a great job. Metro give him a raise.”

“We were searching for an older phone (really wanted a newer one - but it isn't compatible with our needs) that had specific requirements of an Android operating system of 11 or 12. Most phones come with the Android 13 OS already installed. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic that requires a specific phone and operating system to operate her Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 insulin pump simultaneously. We had interaction with 3 different individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred from her old phone, that all new apps were up and running and information transferred. While it did take time, everyone was very kind and considerate and just really went out of their way to help us.I am very pleased with our interaction with them. Top notch customer service!I drive 45 minutes to see them specifically at that store.For all the bad I hear about Verizon... I have been with them for 17 years - and they have taken care of me and my business. Great job! We appreciate you so much!”

“So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing to do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Great store, super clean, easy access and great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“Our internet gateway died and we got ran around. Told to cancel the service and reactivate it. And forced to use the old box. Refused to refund or give a new box. Will never use this service again.”
