“I originally started my service at the Rainbow City location back in 2022. The manager, Alexis took great care of me that day and every time I have come in since. She moved to the Gadsden location earlier this year, and I followed behind her. It’s a further drive for me, but well worth every mile! She always greets me with a smile on her face and has the best attitude and professionalism. Her customer service is top tier. I’m convinced she can answer any question and solve any problem when it comes to my phone and anyone else’s for that matter. If you’re planning on visiting Cricket, I highly recommend going to the East Gadsden location and asking to have Alexis as your representative.”

“I was at Metro Sunday Superbowl day. It's two customers already waiting and now I'm #3.. No one however is complaining because there is only one person working and he is doing a excellent job of multi tasking. He was setting up a new phone for one couple then helping another and making all the necessary phone calls to complete the task . Then he starts helping me with a factory reset. He's doing all this and is so polite the whole time. Everyone left there happy including me. I have to say thank you. I can't remember his name but he worked on Superbowl Sunday by himself and did a great job. Metro give him a raise.”

Came by the store today to look around for a bedroom suit I can’t quit remember the sales associates name but he’s very polite and very helpful trying to help me find the best fit for me, as I was looking around another customer came in to make a payment and by the sounds of it they remember everybody’s name and it’s very appropriate, and the best feeling ever to feel welcomed and approached by my name as a friend. Will be buying my bedroom set from here. No matter bad quality or good quality. I really like the customer service!”

“Wonderful experience! Should've got the guys name but he was soooo helpful and patient with me and my fussing and fixing, adjusting to get a "passport" photo for a license renewal. Great experience considering getting passport photos is a drudgery much like getting a driver's license. They always look like mugshots and I'm convinced that the picture taker simply does not care about you, is felt and shows in the picture. But this guy did care, was present and kind and it shows in my picture!”

“So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing to do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Great store, super clean, easy access and great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“We were searching for an older phone (really wanted a newer one - but it isn't compatible with our needs) that had specific requirements of an Android operating system of 11 or 12. Most phones come with the Android 13 OS already installed. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic that requires a specific phone and operating system to operate her Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 insulin pump simultaneously. We had interaction with 3 different individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred from her old phone, that all new apps were up and running and information transferred. While it did take time, everyone was very kind and considerate and just really went out of their way to help us.I am very pleased with our interaction with them. Top notch customer service!I drive 45 minutes to see them specifically at that store.For all the bad I hear about Verizon... I have been with them for 17 years - and they have taken care of me and my business. Great job! We appreciate you so much!”

“Our internet gateway died and we got ran around. Told to cancel the service and reactivate it. And forced to use the old box. Refused to refund or give a new box. Will never use this service again.”
