“Friendly, prompt service with a smile. I had booked through a 3rd party, and LYCKILY, they found my reservation at the counter.
The car was clean, drove well, and I had no issues with performance. I did not, however, like that the only person I could get in touch with during my over-the-weekend rental was ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. No customer service reps, and ROADSIDE couldn't tell me whether or not the toll I was going to incur in less than 100 miles would be charged to my credit card, or license on the rental. (It makes a difference... l had moved, and my last toll went onto my license... I didn't receive the forwarded letter until it was already in the fine stage, costing me double and a hassle.”

“I always rent Enterprise, Florence, Decatur and Huntsville University Drive lactation! All have had good and a couple, not so good visits, but University guys Malcolm and Travis were extremely helpful and great to rent from! I'm allergic to ALOT and the vehicle i had rented had dog hair still in it, not much, but enough to kick up my allergies, and Malcolm stepped up and took care of situation asap!”
