“I am an AT&T retiree, and no longer a fan of the company, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Today I had a very good experience with Steve who worked with on this visit. I still get a retiree discount so I have kept my cell service with AT&T. A few days back went in to replace my iPhone 7 which had seen better day. I chose the iPhone 14 Pro instead of the iPhone 15 because the improved feature on the newer model didn’t seem to be worth the extra money. Besides, AT&T had a sizable discount on the 14 model. Today I went in to set up my new phone and to have my data transferred from my old phone to the new one. Steve was very nice and knowable and had some excellent suggestion during the long session it took to transfer the data. A very good exe”

“We had to update our sim card from Sprint to T-Mobile. We went to the store expecting a 15 minute stop. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes. You are wondering, 5 stars? Yes, this is in regards to the store and especially Neil who helped us.We were there so long because of issues with Sprint, nothing that Neil did or could resolve. Multiple phone calls, attempts from different ways, and finally Neil was able to get our sim card switched over.During the time he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never got frustrated. Overall, he made the experience much better than it might have been had we had someone not as good as Neil waiting on us.Great job Neil!”

The staff at my local Hwy 11 corporate store are rude & act like they’re doing me a favor just by giving a nod of their head when I walk up to stand by them. They never greet as I was in the door at the Hwy 11 location. It’s like you’re invisible. The non-corporate at Fultondale is always a positive experience & I appreciate that. Knowledge about my products is nice too!”
