“I am an AT&T retiree, and no longer a fan of the company, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Today I had a very good experience with Steve who worked with on this visit. I still get a retiree discount so I have kept my cell service with AT&T. A few days back went in to replace my iPhone 7 which had seen better day. I chose the iPhone 14 Pro instead of the iPhone 15 because the improved feature on the newer model didn’t seem to be worth the extra money. Besides, AT&T had a sizable discount on the 14 model. Today I went in to set up my new phone and to have my data transferred from my old phone to the new one. Steve was very nice and knowable and had some excellent suggestion during the long session it took to transfer the data. A very good exe”
“Really a 5 star place. The guys know their phones. They know laptops, personal computers, screen savers, cases, you name it. Always seems to have customers coming and going which in my opinion means business is going good. Always have an answer and they really seem to have whatever it is that you can ask for when dealing with technology. These, this place is one of those small businesses that without you would notice. You may be taking them for granted without meaning to, but as I said. If they for whatever reason had to close shop. We would all be worse for it. Example. I saw an S21 Ultra in matte black that looked like it was unboxed that very day. I wanted it to the point that I offered the representative more than I had to. Just blown away by the phone. I didn't end up getting the S21 Ultra for other reasons, but this employee was willing to do what I had ask of him. I would have only spent 50$ for a phone that is so future proofed that it has everything the best flagships have today. Seriously. I mean that phone has it all. If you need quick, emergency type smartphone repair. Opinion. Knowledge, or anything else that would come up in this world of technology everywhere. This place has your answer. Your case. Your screen protector. Dang near everything. They sell used phones that are refurbished and look as good as new. They will impress you with their knowledge. The quickness of how things are done. It is done right in front of your eyes too. No way you leave upset that you visited. We all have this and that go wrong with our devices. This is the place you need to know about, and the place to go to for anything tech related. Just trust them. They are there for you, for me. All of us benefit from the fact that these men/women are readily available. Let them fix or do whatever it is you may need. Peace be with you all. This world is taking it away from us. Do not allow it to. Refuse to allow this temporary place to take what is yours. Be happy anyway. Know that moths and rust will one day put this world in perspective. “We had to update our sim card from Sprint to T-Mobile. We went to the store expecting a 15 minute stop. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes. You are wondering, 5 stars? Yes, this is in regards to the store and especially Neil who helped us.We were there so long because of issues with Sprint, nothing that Neil did or could resolve. Multiple phone calls, attempts from different ways, and finally Neil was able to get our sim card switched over.During the time he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never got frustrated.
