“We stayed here one night for visiting the Grand Teton National Park. The location is great, near to the target and some restaurants in the town. I love the vintage wooden style of this hotel. We took our dinner at the first floor of the hotel, and the food over there is also great! Room is pretty and spaceful. It even has two sinks, one in the bathroom and one is just near the entrance. Overall our experience is fantastic~

“What started as a stressful evening with an unpleasant Airbnb situation turned into one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had, thanks to the exceptional team at Hotel Jackson.

After finding ourselves in an unsatisfactory Airbnb at 9 PM, we called Hotel Jackson and a few other local hotels Brianna answered our call and immediately turned our night around. Within 20 minutes, we were pulling up to the hotel, where we were greeted by attentive valet service and swift check-in. Walking into our room, we were amazed to find chocolates, champagne, and a perfectly climate-controlled space waiting for us – a complete contrast to what we'd just left.

The culinary experience at Figs was consistently excellent. We enjoyed breakfast there twice, and when our dinner plans unexpectedly changed one evening, the hotel's in-room dining service came to our rescue. Special mention goes to Cole, whose service in the restaurant was outstanding.

The housekeeping team's attention to detail was similar. Our room was impeccably maintained, showing the high standards the hotel maintains throughout every aspect of service.

What truly sets Hotel Jackson apart is their staff's ability to transform a potentially ruined evening into the foundation of wonderful memories for our first wedding anniversary celebration. From Brianna's late-night rescue to the consistent excellence of every team member we encountered, the level of service was 10/10.”

“Location is the Key!!! Perfect Hotel to spend your time in Jackson Hole!!! Walking distance to everything! Private Gated Parking Lot one block away.
Beds and Pillows were Awesome ! Room was a Double Queen with lots a room and the Shower was Great! Our room was Spotless. We ate dinner at the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill it was Excellent and not overpriced at all. We also ate at the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse ( for my 60th ) my wife had a steak and I had Trout and it was Amazing Great Service in a Awesome space again not overpriced.
If I make back to Jackson Hole I'm staying at The Wort Hotel!!

“We overall really enjoyed our stay here. The king suite was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee strong and from local roaster.
Sadly the sauna was out of order and there was some sort of roof leak in a common area.
Bathrooms could use some updates but are suitable.
Hotel is very quiet at night for sleeping, we never heard our neighbors.
Walkable to restaurants. I’d stay here again”

“Rooms were okay. Pillows were plenty big so if your a two pillow person 1 will do. They have a gas station and convenience store by the hotel so you don’t have to drive into town to get something. “Spacious room, a little outdated but cute cabin look. Older smaller bathroom like most motels. Bunk beds were a nice touch even for my teenagers-they enjoyed not having to share a bed wish more places had this. We had a 5th person and they offered to bring in a twin size mattress for the floor, which worked great in this large room. Such nice staff ! Close walking distance to Start Bus stop which is a free town shuttle! Also close to grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants.”

“What a beautiful, and practical place to visit Teton park. The rooms are very convenient and the members very warmful. We faced a problem with our curtain and the "repair man" came immediatly (it was 8pm). The restaurant is very closed to take a big and delicious breakfast !”

“My only mistake was waiting 7 years to book a dinner at the White Buffalo Club. I'm a photographer and find myself in Jackson often, and in the past I always booked Local. I finally had enough of their attitude in which it seems they're not at all appreciative of their customers and the last few times I ate there the food wasn't great. I switched gears this time and booked the WBC instead and I'll never go back to Local - WBC runs rings around it! I ordered the 8oz filet done medium. I've had a lot of filet, it's my cut of choice, and this was BY FAR the best piece I've ever had. It was done medium with the perfect amount of seasoning, cut like butter, and was obviously a high quality cut of beef. For our side we enjoyed the smoked lobster mac and cheese and it was to die for. Jarvis was our server and she was personable and friendly. I'll never make a trip back to Jackson without a stop at the White Buffalo Club. It was one of the best dinners I've had in a very long time.”

Walkability: Very walkable to downtown area.

Food and drinks: Excellent food both breakfast and dinner. They have fire pits outside that you can sit around.”

“The outdoor pool and hot tub is a must if you're staying here. Nice hotel and amenities. The room was clean with amazing decorations. Good location right next to bus stop. Make sure to make bus reservations early a day in advance to get to J hole”

“Lot's of bad reviews on Google. so I was somewhat skeptical.
I paid close to $300/nt. using some points. The room was older but exceptionally clean. Had a top floor room so no noise from above but you will have to carry your luggage, no elevator.
The room was cleaned and stocked everyday, The service workers seem like they have a lot of pride in their job. It was great to come back to a clean and tidy room after a long day in the Tetons.
The location was close to Albertson's, Whole Foods and a Target, not walkable with groceries but a short drive away.
We walked the 2 miles to Downtown Jackson several times.
Had a good Wi-Fi signal. Go ahead and book but I would get a top floor. Picture is the breakfast area.”
