“This is an awesome place to stay in Teton Village. There's a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfy-top notch! It's clean and quiet. Everything is lots of fun -Mangy Moose restaurant and bar close by has delicious food and GREAT entertainment! We took the tram up the mountain. There was a marathon that was fun to watch. Fabulous experience!”

“Just stayed here for the 2nd time and I wish I would have discovered it a long time ago. After staying in almost every hotel in the village this is our favorite. Has a non corporate European Inn feel to it. It's not the four seasons and were glad its not. Best location in Teton Village, the free breakfast is very good! The staff seems very happy and genuinely cares about the guests experience. I recognized many of them from a year ago. Loved the pool and hot tub, loved the bar for Apre, the fireplace and the reggae band! I hope this place never changes.”

“Amazing resort and spa with the best location near the mountain. We enjoyed the spa experience and the cocktails. The staff was amazing and again, the programming at the resort was also wonderful. The igloo outside is something to see along with their heated outdoor pool. I would definitely go back.”

“I had a CBD massage here and it was great. But let’s start of first with the facilities.Girllll sit down, there’s a lot. The facilities were on the top floor which seemed neat with the hot tub on the roof. The low ceiling gave a “built as an after thought vibe” or just pretty outdated compared to how amazing the rest of the hotel is. The spa is not cohesive design wise with the hotel and can use a face lift. Apparently I was the only person booked for that day. Not sure if it was low staff or slow season(probably both). Aside from the attic early 2000’s aesthetic they had a little of everything and the lounge was very relaxing(they have amazing huckleberry tea there too!). Layout wise I would not put the product and boutique next to the lounge and away from the front desk. Just feels awkward and could double as an open boutique to the public if it wasn’t so hidden.The cbd massage was wonderful, and I left on cloud 9 for sure. I recommend this service to anyone and would come back to the hotel and spa for sure. I wish I could remember my massage therapist name to recommend but like I said I was in bliss from relaxation.5stars for the service -1 for lack of plus size robes(took a while to find one)”

“Had a pleasant experience here (February 2024). The hotel was right at the edge of Teton Village and easy to get to all the activities and venues. The staff were nice and helpful. My room was spacious and had extra amenities such as a fireplace, extra seating, and kitchenette. The mini bar was perfect and appreciate the small touches such as the snacks and drinks being local. The bed was firm which was great because usually hotel beds are too soft and hurt my back. The working area was also perfect for me to get some writing done. I read some reviews about the doors being outdoors but for me it was perfect to come straight from the snow to my room. Staying in the Village can be expensive and this was a reasonable price stay to be close to the action. Would definitely stay again.”

“October 14, 2023. My wife and I stayed 8-nights at the Snake River Resort and Spa at Teton Village in Jackson Hole WY. The staff were amazing. Ms Campbell the Operations Manager was very gracious in helping us change rooms to better meet our needs. Matthew who worked the front desk was always friendly and very helpful throughout our extended stay. David served as the Valet and shared his local knowledge about the area attractions in Tetons National Park and Yellowstone. Our experience with the staff made a real difference in our overall vacation. It’s great to come across good people who are great at their jobs, which isn’t always the case when you travel. I look forward to returning.”
