“House of Roth took on a very challenging oil-based stain (made worse when we tried to clean the spill with water) that a dry cleaning chain said they wouldn't work with because of some color bleeding that was likely to happen. The custom chair cover was a special piece and I was so grateful House of Roth inspected the piece and came up with just the right approach that would address the stain without causing more damage. The fact that they do things "in house" rather than just being a store front that sends things out is a HUGE advantage. The piece came out wonderfully. And the people I worked with were very kind. They are my new go-to dry cleaner.”

“I have a soft spot for this place as it was a staple in my childhood. To go back as an adult, brings back major feelings of nostalgia. The place is always clean and the machines rock! My laundry smells so good! However- it would be nice to ditch the quarters only method and get machines that work with the swipe of a debit card. Also- while I appreciate the little machine with individual soaps, bleaches, etc in the store, I can't tell you how many times I've put money in tere to get either some OxiClean or some dryer sheets, and nothing comes out. And there's no way to get that dollar back. Granted it's only a dollar but it's the principal. If you pay for something, no matter how small the price, you should get what you paid for.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it!
