“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it! Thank you so much for helping me save this fabulous vintage find!!!!!!”

“Needed a down comforter and heated mattress pad washed and dried. I didn't have time to do it myself but left it with Janice (the attendant) to do. Both items were clean, folded and packaged in a nice zipper storage bag. All at a very fair price! I'd highly recommend either drop-off or doing laundry there as there were plenty of machines and the entire place looked clean.”
“We've been patronizing and coming to Sue for years now. I got very tired of competition - Martinizing in Elm Grove and their impersonal services. Anyway, Sue has done nothing but accommodate our every need for alterations and dry cleaning. Always on-time! She is also a very nice person and cares about people.
