“Bought a Breville espresso machine and coffee grinder. My husband and I spent some time in the store trying to decide which one we should get. We were asked a few times if we needed any help. We didn’t, just had to decide what we wanted. When we were ready to checkout we just told one of the employees on the floor and they had the items at the checkout ready for us by the time we got up there. Very easy process and it was great to have our items same day.”
“I went in to this store in the midst of a bathroom remodel needing a new shower kit/system due to a delay in a previous one I had ordered from a different company. I had a challenging request but my sales consultant Dianne went above and beyond helping me! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and was determined to find something that would work for me. She was able to perform a few miracles and got me what I needed so I was able to take it home THAT day! The shower system is beautiful and high quality and I cannot wait to put it in my shower.
