“I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars just because the pillow I bought (and later returned) was not the best fit for my sleep needs (that is, after I bought it and tried it a couple of days). Other than this, Dana (the manager) was excellent. So personable and knowledgeable. It’s not her fault that sometimes, pillows are a trial and error type of thing. Regardless of this, her command when it came to selling and her way of approaching is top notch. Other salespeople should take notes.?”

“Bought a Breville espresso machine and coffee grinder. My husband and I spent some time in the store trying to decide which one we should get. We were asked a few times if we needed any help. We didn’t, just had to decide what we wanted. When we were ready to checkout we just told one of the employees on the floor and they had the items at the checkout ready for us by the time we got up there. Very easy process and it was great to have our items same day.”
