As long it was being undercoated on recall you think that the tech would have coated the OEM trailer hitch. Also I had a free oil change gift certificate from another Kocourek dealership that they wouldn’t honor. Kevin was not a friendly person???

They even went above and beyond and took care of a recall that my vehicle needed on top of fixing the existing issue it was originally there for. Excellent customer service and communication.

The people I interacted with were very nice and answered my questions. When I picked up my car, they went through everything that was checked and if there was anything that might need attention in the future. I love that they have shuttle service where I can be dropped off AND picked up.
