My car is older and had hidden rust that made the repairs difficult but they were able to return it to me in better condition than it was previous to accident. Thanks to Jason for keeping me up on the process. Car also came back cleaned which I appreciate.”
“Best experience with an auto repair shop ever. My car broke down just north of Wausau and this was the first shop that said they could look for the problem the same day. They diagnosed the problem pretty much immediately (alternator failed), and had a new part ordered and installed fast. I probably could have driven away the same day, but I had other obligations, and the folks were happy to let the car sit in the lot for a few days. When I came in to pick it up they gave me a friendly discount because I had to travel a good bit to get there. Super friendly service - Mike and the mechanics were awesome. If I lived in Wausau, this would be the only place I'd bring my car for work.”

“Chris and Jen are an absolute pleasure to work with!!! I started my hail damage claim through Progressive, got Chris/Jen the needed information, and they took it from there. I dropped my 4Runner off to be looked over and quoted for the hail. They called me with the amount and we scheduled a week for them to get it fixed. I was offered a loaner car when they inspected/quoted and when they fixed the damage! Chris and Jen both did an excellent job at communicating what next steps were and answered any questions I had. Not once did I seem like I was bothering them with questions. Super helpful and positive attitude!! Chris was even nice enough to install my sound deadening in the roof when they had the headliner out...THANK YOU!!

Friendly, patient, and very supportive of the customer experience is what sets this place apart from the other shops in the area. This is a must go to place for your automotive needs.”

“We’ve been going to CW for about 25 years. Always great service and trustworthy. My daughter recently bought a used car from a dealership. Had it 27 days and something was wrong. The dealership wasn’t helpful and I took it to CW. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took a few minutes out of their day to take a look at it and diagnose the problem. They provide great customer service.”

“Brought in a little 250 cylinder head for simple shop work and cleaning after calling for a quote. Figured it'd be about a week before I'd see it - made sense, it's not exactly a high ticket item.
