Eric at the front counter is very accommodating with scheduling a time that is convenient and thoroughly explains the diagnoses and cost to repair. Torey services my vehicle and has always been able to diagnose issues that are a challenge to replicate. It is nice to go to a repair shop and be able to speak with the technician directly. Overall, highly recommend this repair shop!”

“The people are great. We have recommended to many of our friends. Having the car undercoated will help to keep it from rusting out. Takes about 45 minutes to an hour to do. Well worth the cost. We will keep recommending to our family and friends.”
“Overall excellent experience. Needed a quick OEM windshield replacement for my sq5. Sean needed to order the windshield and made sure all got done within my tight timeframe and in line with the estimate.
My only complaint is the 3% surcharge for using CC”

“Was able to get me in very quickly and quoted me hundreds lower than other shops. Definitely provides a local feel with a sense of community. Small touch up in cleaning left for me but understandable due to time constraints. He even turned off my check engine light sensor that's been on forever and let me know of things to watch for in an overall car check-up”
“I cannot express how grateful we are for the assistance we received, particularly from Whitney. We are from Chicago and had been stranded (with our brand new Tucson) in Copper Harbor, MI on a Saturday afternoon. This was the nearest Hyundai dealership, so it was where Hyundai Roadside Assistance was able to arrange to tow our vehicle for repairs the following Monday. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but Whitney kept us updated and advised us to request (through Hyundai customer support) to get our vehicle transported to the dealership nearest to us. She just saved us a ten-hour round trip to retrieve it with either a rental or a borrowed vehicle. If it weren't for her help, I'd STILL be trying to figure out how we were getting back up there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the service department at Kocourek.”
