“Pricing was good on reman alternators and serpentine belt. Wanted to upgrade my truck from 105 to 145 amp alternator as it was 100 percent bolt on with longer serpentine belt. Parts where readily available”
“Brought in a little 250 cylinder head for simple shop work and cleaning after calling for a quote. Figured it'd be about a week before I'd see it - made sense, it's not exactly a high ticket item. Quote was reasonable. Not only did their shop turn the job around next day but also for a third of the quoted cost. Will happily continue to do business here.”

“The real deal! I dealt with two other Kia dealerships before calling Kocourek Kia and they were on a whole different level. “There are a lot of shady dealers out there. Whenever I call a car dealer, I am half expecting some sort of a hidden upcharge or a even a scam. Even after the price is negotiated and paint protection upcharge is removed, there may be a hidden cleaning fee or garage charge, or mandatory car wash plan, etc. I am glad that this is not one of those dealers. They laid out the price without hidden upcharges, were very honest about it. The process of the sale was done very professionally and efficently. There were no unpleasnt surprises. The dealership looks nice and presentable. They set the bar for other dealers to follow. Recommend for anyone looking for a Toyota.”

They were able to pivot easily from the initial claim under my insurance to the new claim on the other party's insurance.
