This is my go-to Verizon store for the Waukesha area. The service has been excellent each time I've needed help, even (and especially) for the "little things" like SIM card replacement and general questions on phone models. I've never been pushed by the sales people, which I truly appreciate.

Wanted New phone.Pushing insurance on phones like always is normal. Managers condescending.Instead of up selling make the sale.

I highly recommend this Verizon location. Our sales person whose name is I believe Arron, helped my husband and I out tremendously! Thank you, Arron! Stay away from the Verizon on Grandview Boulevard. Terrible!
