“Kenneth, the att store rep that helped me yesterday, 1/12/24, is an amazing human. Not only was he quick, acknowledgable, and efficient, resolving ALL of the issues I came into the store with, and resolving them so I don't have those issues in the future, he was just a genuinely kind and friendly dude. He helped me with my anxiety, and talked me through some other issues I had experienced with my devices not working properly. I am NOT tech savvy, and hate being talked down to, which happens often, but I will be searching out Kenneth for any future issues/ upgrades, ect. Will Larkin went out of his way to explain USC’s wifi options to us and answered every one of our 100’s of questions. He was patient and very friendly. What seemed like a daunting set-up was seamless because of his help. He even answered a couple of our calls during set-up to help walk us through! We will not go to any other USC from now on!”

“You can tell that this store has been remodeled recently and is kept in good shape, from the exterior through the various departments inside the store.I didn't spend much time here but I was disappointed that the one employee I encountered walked right by me without acknowledging me and stopped my shopping companion to ask if he needed something just around the corner from where I was. Not sure why I wasn't deemed acceptable to talk to and he was...I don't find myself in the deep red counties that often, but I would stop here again if I was in the area.”
