One young man helped me find what I thought I was looking for but when I went to check it out the price was more than it was on my search. So another gentleman went and found the product for me and it was exactly what I was looking for. Home Depot is huge and totally overwhelming for someone like me but I have to say they have the most kind and helpful staff that I have run across in a long time?”

“I had ceiling tiles delivered and saw by the UPS notification that they had arrived. I spoke to Heidi about needing them to be updated as delivered in Home Depot's computer so I could pick them up ASAP, since I had a worker here ready to install them. Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!”
