“In a world that often appears to have very little customer service within the store to assist, or people that don't know anything about where they work, I stopped in to get exterior door handles, locks and keypad for my home. Because I had already made a purchase elsewhere on my own and didn't quite get it right, it was nice to have 2 young gentlemen approach me as they passed and asked if I needed help. They helped me pair up what I needed and answered questions so that I could understand how it worked. Kudos to Jake and Damon in Delafield for being present, helpful and kind!”

“As far as Home Depot goes, we like this location. It's a nice/large location. We bought a lot of outdoor plants from here between spring and fall. They have a larger selection than a lot of the other Home Depots in the area, and don't seem to sell out as quickly. The pricing was also affordable. This location has become our choice Home Depot location. Home Depot (in general) usually has what we are looking for when working on our house. We love the convenience of the self checkouts, and the ease of using a gift card. The app is also great to help find if what we are shopping for is in stock and where it is located. We have no complaints for this big box store.”

“I had a pleasant experience at this location. Their inventory was correct online. I stopped in and was greeted immediately. She asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I grabbed what I needed and headed out. I just didn't like all the prompts at the register.”

“Big shout out to the paint department! These guys and gals go the extra mile. Quite sure my mom and I were driving them crazy at one point and were even so kind to swap out some paint that didn't look like the sample after mixed. They have great tips and not just order takers. I also really like that you can keep all your purchase history on file with the phone number so my sister was able to replicate a color I couldn't remember easily.”

Eli in the car department was very knowledgeable in wiring and quick to answer all of my questions. along with them being super helpful the checkout process was easy and the cashier was very friendly and attentive. thanks for the compliment on my plugs! I'd recommend this Best Buy!”
