Everybody was so kind and cheerful. I can't think of a single improvement they could make.”

Him and his team got the job done really well and timely. The shop is super clean and your time is valued to them so they do a great job! “I needed to replace my driver side mirror after an encounter with a deer and had purchased a replacement. The impact from the deer had puckered the metal to which the mirror was attached. I wanted to see if any additional damage was done so brought it for an estimate at Ball Body Shop's convenient drive up. The estimator, Cim, looked everything over and we concluded the mirror was all that was needed. It was dangerous to drive without the mirror. I could either get on their schedule a month later or call around to mechanics. Cim assessed the current work load and offered to replace the mirror for me on the spot. This was such an amazing and unexpected offer. I took a seat in the waiting room while Cim got to work. I was SO relieved and grateful to have this done quickly so I could drive safely. Thank you, Cim and Ball Body Shop!”
“A deer destroyed the whole driver's side, front to back. I have a Crosstrek and decided to stick with Subaru for repairs. Andrew was my service guy, and I am super happy with how my car ended up- it literally looks like it rolled off of the showroom floor again and drives so smooth! I was nervous about my car repair timeline due to an insurance delay, and the head auto mechanic called me every day unprompted to give me updates, he was so kind and my car looked better coming out than it did before my accident. The prices are fair and the people are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough.”
“Didnt have particularly good luck with my visit as my bumper change out became a bit more complicated and took significantly longer than expected. Mostly because of the type of car I drive not because of business incompetence.After a short time of frustration and speaking to the manager she gave a much clearer reason as to why they needed to hold the car longer then originally thought.
