On the plus side...the body repair looks like new. It isn't cheap, but it seems like no body shop is. On the negative side...communication was poor. Not just between us and Ball, but also between Ball and Smart Toyota. Very frustrating and confusing. But it all ended up okay.

We brought our car in to get an estimate on some scratches. Cim was available to look at it right away and laid out our options.
