“Always a great stay. The owners are accommodating and polite at all times. Surprisingly enough the shower is huge with good pressure. Also laundry on site with HBO in the rooms. And lastly its literally only a hop and a skip away from Barkers Island. All in all a decent motel for under 90.00 a night. I will definitely stay there again.”

“Nice, no frills, hotel. Maid service just so-so. They showed up, straightened up the beds and left clean towels. Breakfast was good and a nice variety. Cinnamon rolls especially good.Rooms: Microwave and fridge in the room.Nearby activities: Close enough to Duluth, but watch out for lots of exit closures. Lots to do in Duluth.”

“Beds are comfortable, linens or white and clean. Lots of towels, room was big enough bathroom very small. To me a suite should have a bedroom with a separate bath. Carpet needs replaced but price was okay 160 something for the night. Staff was great, breakfast was fabulous they even have 2 drinks of choice and snacks from 5:30 to 7 free of charge. I would stay again”
“Room was clean and comfortable and they were able to accommodate my disability. They also have multiple handicap accessible rooms. Coffee was Starbucks and breakfast was okay. Could not beat the price or location. It's walking distance from a cute downtown areaFood & drinks: There's a cantina across the street that is delicious”
