“Staff here are super nice and easy to work with. Guy was very helpful including carrying items to our car. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the prices are super reasonable. We’re very happy with our purchase.Also, we saw encouraging signs that staff have hanging up for each other and things for staff birthdays. “Updated from 3 to 4.5 stars after I got my furniture delivered. Pros: They have a good variety and selection of furniture and the salesman was nice and helpful. Reasonable prices and it seems to be good quality as well. Their no refunds policy seems a little stricter than some other stores I've been to, but I'm pretty happy with my overall purchase so far. Cons: Trying to organize delivery was tough. Know that they do phone calls and not emails, not even for your purchase receipt so hold on to your paper one. I digress. When I called in the morning to sort out delivery details, they were closed and their voicemail box wasn't set up. For these reasons if yelp would let me I'd take off half a star. ...more pros (Update): The phone receptionist was extremely helpful in getting my delivery time nailed down. The delivery staff came on time and did a good job assembling the pieces quickly. They were professional and made sure they were set up where I wanted. One piece had a manufacturing flaw so they returned a few days later to replace it free of charge. And my furniture is gorgeous, well built and definitely worth the price. After this experience, I am much happier and would recommend A-1 furniture.”

“Walked in to the store from out of town after just getting an apartment. Walked in an hour before close and just wanted to look around. Jim helped us and was very knowledgeable! They had a great selection and we left with a couch and king bed that we loved. I highly recommend this place for all price ranges, just ask for Jim!!!!”

“I was looking for an obscure replacement bobbin for a 1966 Singer sewing machine. I called Joann Fabrics on Zeir Rd and spoke with Acosia (hope I have correct spelling). She spent some time checking their inventory. Then got back on the phone and told me they have some that may work but I should bring in my bobbin to be sure. Then she also found phone numbers for two local sewing businesses that she thought might be able to help! Wow, amazing customer service, Acosia! Joann Fabrics is lucky to have you!”
