“I took two watches I bought online to B's to have the batteries replaced. They quickly took them and as they were vintage items spent extra time trying to find the correct battery for each. After several attempts, one was found to be inoperable, but the other one that required a rarely used battery began to function normally. After spending all that extra time, I was charged for only one battery, and with a smile. I few weeks later I returned to see if they could repair the band on watch number two that had come apart. Once again they took it immediately and quickly repaired it, with a minimal charge and another smile. Outstanding customer service ladies! You are the best.”

“I've worked with both Nathan and Natalie and they are both beyond polite and friendly every time I go in. The best part? Their pricing is very reasonable, their work and attention to detail is amazing, and I've gotten all my items back in only a couple of days.I also very much appreciate that they discuss all pricing and work to be done with you beforehand so there are no surprises. I did however have an engagement ring that had seen better days that required additional work beyond what we talked about originally and they called me to explain the work, give me a quote, and ask if I would like to move forward with the additional work (I feel like not all jewelers would get your approval before moving forward and would just tack on the additional charges). Again, this was very appreciated and professional of them to reach out to me.I highly recommend them to anyone in the Sun Prairie area!”
