The dealer did agree to include some minor repairs that we asked for. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, all of the agreed upon repairs had been completed and the vehicle had been detailed. Jeff was easy to deal with and we appreciated his communication throughout the process.”

I’m so happy with the vehicle and he was patient and super helpful finding me something that I would like and worked for me! Mac went thro all the financing with me was super nice and helpful as well. They will definitely see me again eventually in the future and I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! Perfect experience!”

“I live 40 miles north of Stevens Point Auto. In traveling back from out east I had a loud noise develop from one of my wheels while coming into Stevens Point. We purchased a car from Scafiddi Auto a number of years ago so I drove in on Saturday morning. Luckily the Service Dept was open, I explained my situation to Matt, he asked if they could have the vehicle for a while and I agreed. My wife picked me up and I left the truck there. Monday morning I got a call from Matt saying it was a minor issue and the vehicle was repaired. A pleasant call, I expected much worse. Now they could have said it was many things that would have been more expensive, but they did not. They were honest, which as you know is not always the case.I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for your next vehicle or service. I believe they are honest.”
