“Auto Select - East, saved me some huge headaches when I got in an unexpected accident. I needed a substantial amount of work done to get my car back on the road. Note - I work 40 minutes away, and we only have 1 vehicle in our family. Auto Select immediately made room for my repairs, even though the appointment was unexpected, and they were booked full through the following week. They worked with my insurance and got me back on the road, quicker than expected! I will also say, all the staff is amazing at servicing their customers. “First Mechanic that i've gone to that doesn't treat me like i'm stupid because i'm a young girl. My 2015 Toyota Corolla is my first car that I have leased/purchased by myself, so I panic when check engine lights come on and it's not something I can figure out. For the stuff I didn't understand Dave was super helpful and explained it in a way I could understand. Turns out I have a whole new Emissions system in my car, but whoever put the new parts in did not pay attention to the electrical requirements for my car. Dave's staff was also really helpful. I also had a misplaced engine splash shield and they zip tied it for me so I didn't have to spend a couple hundred dollars at a body shop. I will give a little warning, they will seem pushy about getting your car in if you have engine light on in your car, but it's because they care! The Dave dollar coupons are cute concept as well!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

The man I spoke to (who I assume was the owner, but I'm not totally sure) was very friendly, and patient with my questions. He was also very transparent about the cost. The price was very reasonable, and I was able to schedule the work on my vehicle for the very next day! I will definitely recommend Elmer's to anyone looking for work in their vehicle.”

The dealer did agree to include some minor repairs that we asked for. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, all of the agreed upon repairs had been completed and the vehicle had been detailed. “I went to Gary this spring for the first time just based on proximity. I always knew the shop was there, but went to shops that myself and family were familiar with (as we all do if we grew up in the same town).I live just north of town and needed tires for my plow truck. I wanted basically the cheapest AT tires possible since the truck sees next to no road miles. It's an older F150 with some quirks, so I don't like taking it very far from the driveway. I reached out to Gary to see what he could do and he was able to get me all new tires, dealt with the quirks, and even did it without me having to remove the plow from the truck, at an absolutely great price. No other shops were as willing to accommodateMy second time working with Gary was just recently. I bought my son his first truck. Engine wise, truck is great but I wanted to get the steering/shocks/ball joints/etc. looked over to make sure nothing was on it's way out. He was able to get rid of the rattle, and also got it driving much smoother for no more then a few hundred bucks.I am thoroughly impressed with his straight forwardness and honesty. He doesn't sell you what you don't need. He gets you what you want, takes care of the problem and does it right, at a great price.”
