“We had an amazing experience at the Verizon Store in Racine, WI on Washington Avenue. My sister and I needed to get a new phone for our mom and we stopped in to take care of that, along with mom. Sam was our sales rep and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He took care of everything we needed and was so efficient and thorough. “Danny McTernan and McTernan Wireless are hands down one of the best businesses I have ever used. I’ve used MW several times both at my old house and my new build. They wired an entire Smart Home with Control4 for us for a new build and they are ALWAYS available for any questions or issues that come up with the technology. The entire MW team goes out of their way to make you comfortable with everything. I honestly could not speak any higher of Dan and the entire McTernan Family for all that they have done and continue to do!”

“I make it a point to visit at least once a year. Very diverse assortment of stuff. Highly sports related. Great gift store or personal collecting habits. Never too crowded and always helpful staff. Make sure to ask to shop in the back room if searching for "something different" Give yourself plenty of looking time. There is a lot packed in to see.”

“I attempted to order phones and get service online at Verizon. The phones were never received (stolen via UPS) but I was still charged for service for the month. It was an absolute mess! I spent hours on the phone with Verizon and ultimately said I would go in store for further service because 12+ hours on the phone with them accomplished nothing. I went into this Verizon store and was so lucky to have Elise help me. She was so patient and went above and beyond to get my account fixed, help with refunds, and get iPhones and trade ins all set for us. We were there for over 4 hours while she and customer service worked on my account. Elise is top notch!”

“Vanessa was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had a salesman at the Racine store that didn’t go over anything with me and I was talked into buying a phone way above what I could afford. Vanessa guided me through the whole process of returning the phone and then coming back to her. She went though all the options etc with me. After purchasing she made sure my new phone was connected to my car also. Mind you the guy in Racine never shared his name with me or gave me his business card. Where as Vanessa introduced her self immediately and made sure I had her business card b fore leaving.”
