“I attempted to order phones and get service online at Verizon. The phones were never received (stolen via UPS) but I was still charged for service for the month. It was an absolute mess! I spent hours on the phone with Verizon and ultimately said I would go in store for further service because 12+ hours on the phone with them accomplished nothing. I went into this Verizon store and was so lucky to have Elise help me. She was so patient and went above and beyond to get my account fixed, help with refunds, and get iPhones and trade ins all set for us. We were there for over 4 hours while she and customer service worked on my account. Elise is top notch!”

“I went in to change service from my pixel 6a to the pixel 8 pro. It probably took 5 maybe 10 minutes. It's too bad that they charge 30$ for it. I was in and out though. If your looking for a phone. look on the website. Not a lot to chose from in store.”
