“We had an amazing experience at the Verizon Store in Racine, WI on Washington Avenue. My sister and I needed to get a new phone for our mom and we stopped in to take care of that, along with mom. Sam was our sales rep and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He took care of everything we needed and was so efficient and thorough. It was probably the best experience I have ever had at a cellular phone store - EVER! Thanks Sam!!!”

“I attempted to order phones and get service online at Verizon. The phones were never received (stolen via UPS) but I was still charged for service for the month. It was an absolute mess! I spent hours on the phone with Verizon and ultimately said I would go in store for further service because 12+ hours on the phone with them accomplished nothing. I went into this Verizon store and was so lucky to have Elise help me. She was so patient and went above and beyond to get my account fixed, help with refunds, and get iPhones and trade ins all set for us. We were there for over 4 hours while she and customer service worked on my account. Elise is top notch!”

“I called a day before and I spoke to one of the employees who gave me amazing customer service he told me that they could fix the front & back to my phone for $150 but when I went to the store and spoke to another employee he told me that the special is only to repair the front screen of the phone which I was upset about but since the back of my iPhone XR is terrible shattered he told me it would take about 24 hours to fix because it’ a long process taking off the glass and repairing it which is very understandable... he did an amazing job fixing my front screen he fixed it less than 15 mins and gave me a free screen protector and he told me that it would cost me $200 to repair the back of my phone they do an amazing job repairing phones and giving out amazing customer service I would highly recommend getting your phone fixed here they have reasonable prices and outstanding service ...”
