“We had an amazing experience at the Verizon Store in Racine, WI on Washington Avenue. My sister and I needed to get a new phone for our mom and we stopped in to take care of that, along with mom. Sam was our sales rep and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He took care of everything we needed and was so efficient and thorough. It was probably the best experience I have ever had at a cellular phone store - EVER! Thanks Sam!!!”

“Walking into this store was the best thing that I did while looking to transition into an iPhone. All was going well, Jermery covered all bases, and there are quite a few, to enable me to walk out the door with a new phone in hand. Plus some basic instructions on how to make it work for me rather than against me. Then a big surprise appeared, there was a lock on one of the big three credit companies. Well that called for some extra steps and some expert advice on how we should proceed. Well, the mission was still accomplished, the lock removed and I walked out the door with the iPhone in hand. Nice work at UScellular and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the iPhone world.”

“I had a poor 1st experience with this establishment at no fault of the owners, or how they run their business. I was treated kindly but the individual that helped me misinformed me on alot and in turn I'm in a situation that I'm confused on what to do, that situation is beyond the store and is a Verizon issue. I complained about my service and the store manager immediately reached out to me, and was very helpful and apologetic. He even encouraged me to come in and they would advocate on the phone with Verizon to resolve my issue, they offered everything they could to try and rectify what was done and also explained I was serviced by someone who is no longer with their company. I encourage people to read and be informed, on all things Verizon offers, but because of my 2nd experience with this company I will continue doing business with them and, hopefully they can help me with my issues i have with Verizon. Good customer service is at a low nowadays so it's great to deal with people who care, and try to fix wrongs, we are all humans and make mistakes, what matters is when those mistakes are acknowledged and am effort is made to fix them.”

“Vanessa was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had a salesman at the Racine store that didn’t go over anything with me and I was talked into buying a phone way above what I could afford. Vanessa guided me through the whole process of returning the phone and then coming back to her. She went though all the options etc with me. After purchasing she made sure my new phone was connected to my car also. Mind you the guy in Racine never shared his name with me or gave me his business card. Where as Vanessa introduced her self immediately and made sure I had her business card b fore leaving.”

“I called a day before and I spoke to one of the employees who gave me amazing customer service he told me that they could fix the front & back to my phone for $150 but when I went to the store and spoke to another employee he told me that the special is only to repair the front screen of the phone which I was upset about but since the back of my iPhone XR is terrible shattered he told me it would take about 24 hours to fix because it’ a long process taking off the glass and repairing it which is very understandable... he did an amazing job fixing my front screen he fixed it less than 15 mins and gave me a free screen protector and he told me that it would cost me $200 to repair the back of my phone they do an amazing job repairing phones and giving out amazing customer service I would highly recommend getting your phone fixed here they have reasonable prices and outstanding service ...”

“The people that work at this store now are outstanding and wonderful. If I compare them to the previous managers and workers I would have shut the place down at their disposal because I had a lot of trouble getting service with the other people. But as of today I treated the workers to some pizza and brought it to the store myself. They are wonderful they are helpful they don't complain or ask questions that aren't relevant to my situation. And I appreciate their service to me I have been with cricket for a very long time thank you.”
