I started thinking jewelry and a jeweler that is local instead of driving to Kiel or Sheboygan. I came across Nesemann in my search, so I thought I'd stop in. Alex approached me at the counter asking if I needed any help and I wasn't sure what I was looking for. When He brought the earring out, I wanted to do the purchase right there, but also wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be too much for a birthday gift of 5 months. I went back a couple days later and bought them. The girlfriend was so surprised, and her reaction was well worth it!Alex was a great help and was not at all your typical salemans. He listened to what I had to say and bounced ideas off him and he would bounce them back. This was probably one of the best experiences in jewelry store I've had!
