Due the ancient nature of my grandpa's pocket watch, they were unable to get it ticking again-impossible to find parts for it. But, the service was as friendly as it gets, and their professionalism was outstanding. Thanks for looking at it.

I had my wedding ring & a bracelet repaired. I brought it in on a Wednesday and told them I would like it before Saturday, as I had an event. They had it done for me Friday afternoon. It looked beautiful, like brand new!
