“Noelle Gilliam was awesome! She had a trainee on-site with very little knowledge so she was handling 95% of the customers' request by herself. She was very calm, helpful and knowledgeable. She made my family and I very welcome. Friendly and interactive. Nice smile. I felt bad for her as the couple before us and one of the phones we were buying were not working out well as the Samsung transfer software wouldn't connect and she had to do one of our phones the slower way. She didn't show her frustration at all and handled it like the star she is. Noelle is an asset to US Celluar and she represents you extremely well. She is a rock star!”

I tried to solve a big problem with AT&T the night before by phone to the main office to no good. He got it done in 35 minutes while I just sat back and waited for the answer. He got it right.”

The gentleman Nick had to be the most outstanding, compassionate, outstanding, and by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. “They repaired a broken Nintendo Switch for me about 6 months ago. It wasn’t taking a charge, so they replaced the charging port. It worked great for a few months, but then stopped again. I brought it back, and they honored the warranty repair. But, even better and the reason for the 5-stars, is that they went way over and above expectations. Not only did they fix the charging port, but they replaced the entire back case and the power/volume buttons. They were all broken/cracked as well from normal wear and tear. They didn’t need to fix all the extra stuff, but did it—all for free under their warranty. Not only do they have a customer for life, but I will always recommend and tell this story to whomever has a broken device. Thanks uBreakiFix!”
“Stephan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went to four other locations to get the screen protector replaced on my Z Fold 4 and they all told me that it couldn't be done. Stephan had this replaced in ten minutes and it looked like a new phone. I highly recommend stopping in and having Stephan help you with all of your repair needs.”
