Walgreens Pharmacy is a reliable destination for pharmaceutical needs and everyday essentials, with a well-maintained store and decent sales. The pharmacy staff is often helpful, pleasant, and consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent and attentive service, working hard to resolve issues. However, experiences can vary. Some staff can be unfriendly, rude, and condescending, creating an off-putting experience. Customers sometimes cannot find needed items, noting other stores have a better selection. While many find the service trustworthy, negative interactions with certain personnel can significantly impact the experience.
Staff is always helpful & pleasant. However, I often can not find the item I need. I shop at Walmart for my vitamins & supplements because they have a better selection.
