“As I was waiting for a new hot fresh meal to be brought out, I noticed a wonderful young woman named Sophia helping out a customer. Sophia was kind, caring, and so helpful. She is not just a beautiful face but an extremely incredible worker and young woman. How Sophia treated the customers makes me want to return to this location for something every day. Sophia should be honored and shown appreciation. She is extremely important and valuable. Thank you, Sophia. On December 18, 2023, I stopped in again to grab something to eat real quick. Upon selecting what I wanted, I went up to the cash register where I was warmly greeted by Bradi. Bradi was so caring, loving, warm, and attentive. Just like Sophia, Bradi is not just a beautiful face but an extremely exceptional worker and young woman. Bradi should be honored and shown appreciation. “This was our first time trying J's and it didn't let us down. They were very helpful with the menu explaining the options. When I asked about the Cole slaw they offered a sample. The brisket had a great "crust" with lots of peppery flavor. Was pretty lean which I like. Cole slaw didn't have dairy and uses a mustard sauce which I'm a big fan of. Didn't try the beans or sauces so can't comment there.Dietary restrictions: When I asked about dairy in the Cole slaw the answer came back quick and the cook even came out to ask if I needed help with anything else on the menu including what had egg. Super cool!I'm sure it was easier because it wasn't overly busy. But it made for an excellent experience. Thank you!”
