DO NOT TAKE YOU PETS HERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ANIMALS! If I could give a 0, I would. One of our cats had lost movement in his back legs. I drove half an hour to the clinic, which is still showing in Google Maps description as 24 hours (see photo). I arrived at 7:07pm, and there was a sign on the door that the ER was closed. I went inside and was told that they don't take emergency patients after 7:00. I broke down because I was so scared for my baby. The person stood there and asked me, "Did you call?" I told her I had not, because last time we were here, they were 24 hours. I asked where I should take him, and she mentioned a name of someplace. When I asked (still sobbing) if she had the address, she grabbed a sheet from behind the desk with two columns of ER vets to choose from. It was quite overwhelming. There was no sympathy at all for me in my distraught state or my baby who had something wrong with him. I was trying to focus on addresses and maps while trying to calm myself down and found that the nearest ER was another 30 minutes away. After over an hour in the car, I am now sitting at another ER vet trying to figure out what is going on. I will never, ever go back to this facility, as they do not care for my animals or me.

They took care of my 10 month old lab pyppy beautifully. Minus the wait time, totally understandable, it was a busy night. Everything was great. Any tips on how to keep a 10 month lab/huskey mix from jumping and trying to run around would be greatly appreciated. It's day 3 post op and he is back to his normal spunky self lol

went into urgent care for swelling on my cats jaw. receptionist and tech were really nice. vet was excellent. turned out to be an abscess and the treatment prescribed has got my cat feeling/looking so much better already in only 2.5 days

The staff was amazing. I came in with a sick kitty on Monday morning. They had some big emergencies while I was in (and some less than nice customers to deal with during the time I was in) however they were communicative, super professional and very nice. I would recommend and definitely take my pets in time of need. Really liked them and highly recommend. Thank you for all you do!!

Everyone was attentive and professional. I particularly appreciated the honesty in diagnosis/recommendations and their sending my regular vet a notice that we had visited, with notes. And it’s a fabulous facility! Hope to never have to go again but it’s nice to know they are there!

I took my cat in with a ear infection that was bleeding. They took very good care of her.
I would recommend here to anybody that needs emergency care for their pets (kids)

My cat was acting strange, as if in pain. Took him to wvrc and they examined him and came up with a plan for him. They answered all my questions. Very happy with their help

The Staff at the clinic were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive during a difficult time. Thanks to them my bulldog is doing better and survived this difficult experience.

The staff was polite and professional. Toffee was seen right away. The ER doctor was through, communicated well, addressed our concerns, and I was confident that Toffee received the highest level of care. The technician was very kind and compassionate. Updates on her condition were timely and recommendations for future treatment appreciated.

My 2 year old fearful cat needed emergency care. We received exceptional care from the moment we walked in the door. My cat was yowling in her carrier and a tech immediately responded to triage her care before we could even check in. She clearly explained the next steps and began her assessment in the back. The front desk staff was compassionate and informative letting me know timelines and next steps. Shortly after, the tech returned with an update. Dr. Meaux explained the diagnosis and options for treatment thoroughly. I left the ER feeling informed, comforted, and relieved! Thank you WVRC for the exceptional care!!!!

WVRC was great. It does take a long time but they warned me before I went in there was a line. They have a nice and clean waiting area. They were very busy but still so kind and thoughtful.

Had to wait 2 hrs because of emergencies but was happy with the whole experience. My dog is doing much better
