Horrible experience. I get there are emergencies but when you sit there for over 5 hours and are still waiting, I left. The excuse given was they needed another technician. So my baby Kitty was not doing very good in the morning. When we woke up we brought him a straight to the animal hospital and he died. There so basically left with a bill of $520 and no Kitty and I missed work. I'm out more than $600 today and Kitty, This place didn't seem to care much about that. RIP little kitty.
