“Dear TA Truck service management please explain to me why do you keep your shop open 24 hours and why do you pay someone at the front desk to be barking at you and be extremely rude to you if you have no techs there if you have no appointments or write ups why in the world would you let your brand slip to the level of a third world country and ridiculous customer service experience of something that reminds Afghanistan or the communist Soviet Union.I wish you hiring leadership that will eliminate this kind of uncomfortable and horrific experience for you costumer and provide employees with an adequate training to at least have the knowledge on how to be at least polite explaining to a costumer that they are unable to perform any kinds of services especially if you’re understaffed to not make a costumer feel like he/she is in the wrong here and made a huge mistake by walking through the door of your establishment.Day time team did a great job and replaced a part in no time the wait was not long at all underpromised and overachieved I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 thanks to the exceptional service that I received during the day but the guy at 4:00am needs to work on his social skills.
