“While halfway through our 5-hour road trip to Illinois, we hit something on the freeway and instantly got a flat tire. While changing our tire, we noticed the rim was also bent, so we thought we were out of options. We found this place with the intention of just asking for advice. But to our suprise they had a spare tire for us. They installed it and straightened out our bent rim for a very affordable price! We were able to make it to our destination and back home safely on that tire! They were all so kind and helpful - our luck definitely turned around when we found this place! Highly recommend!”

“I stopped there and needed a high pressure hose that was very important for my application. They were the only place in the area that makes that type of hose. The staff is very knowledgeable and had the hose and fittings in stock. They made the hose right on the spot. Id like to give a big shout out to curt, Terry and Rick for saving my day. “Back in June of '23, the staff greeted us after my bringing them a sick Dodge Caravan w/ a battery light that came on. Their rapid response was that of getting the car in sooner that even stated that day. We were, as a family, w/ two vehicles, a two year old, and 3 1/2 more hours into a Northern WI vacation already logging three hours before the failure of a voltage regulator (alternator), after Ty of the Portage Autozone hooked us up w/ these folks, and they turned out to be quite the competent mechanics that got it done in timely fashion and got us back on the road later that day and helped to save our trip! You guys went WAY beyond, and we owe a debt of gratitude like no other!! You did a fine job and the repair has STILL been done right to this day after finishing the trip up and back! “Everything overall went very well. I worked with Joe/Joseph moslty over the phone and email for contacting as I am about 2 hours away. Picked up a nice ram 1500. Cars on lot seem to be well taken care of. Only con was listing online didn't match up with the vehicle for example my truck was suppose to have a back up camera according to listing online but did not have one. Otherwise overall seems like a good dealership to me.”

“I have been meaning to write this review for years. I purchased a 2007 corvette from MSI Auto Sales in May of 2022. I owned the car for a year. Still to this day it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned. I drove 5 hours from Iowa to check out the car. MSI ended up holding the car 2 weeks for me until I could get my loan figured out. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely nice and helpful. “Speaking particularly about the portage location, the lead mechanic took great care and respect of the older classic car I brought in for oil change, led his team efficiently, serviced in a timely manner , kept the seats/interior clean from any grease or oil, awesome guys and gals here, only thing I could complain about is not having older oil filters or the option to pay up front for an order of an older oil filter as I was told they stock only 1999 and newer , so I paid full price for the high mileage change and I provided a $13.99 oil filter from O'Reilly's and Walmart did credit me $2.00 on the money they saved, would give 5 stars if I could pay up front before they would order a filter for me and include with the oil change price.”
