“My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. Carol was so helpful. She made everything so easy. I can't thank her enough. My husband said she was his new best friend. This is a 5 star store, thanks to her.”

“One of the best shoe shopping experiences I have ever had, and this is coming from someone who does not shop a lot for shoes. Right away when I arrived, workers were quick to help me find the right shoe for my needs. Every employee had a lot of of knowledge and were quick to give me answers to my questions. So much positive energy from all!Manager Kalynn provided exceptional customer service by answering many questions of mine. She even told me her personal preference as far as sizing goes for how she wears her own shoes. When I was told this, it helped me ultimately make the best decision for the best shoe size for me. That's REAL great customer help, it makes sense why the rest of the employees are so great, everything trickles down.Also, Aaron helped me out a lot throughout my time in store and was very kind the entire time. Employees alongside Kalynn and Aaron that also were great were Judy, Isabella, and Lauren. The whole management operating this store gets 5 stars ? from me and I would do 10 stars if I could. A+++ !!!I definitely recommend shopping here! And when I need new shoes I know where to go.”

“I absolutely love shopping here at this outlet store. The employees are so knowledgeable. The best detail about this store is that the employees do free bra sizing. It is so important that women are sized correctly so that their bra will fit comfortably. They have various pajamas, sweats, underwear, bra's, nylons, socks, and shape wear. There are many great deals with underwear packs, and sock packs. I will never purchase underwear or socks anywhere else. I love being able to save money and know that I am getting more for my money. I'm lucky because I live close by. Hanes outlet also has racks where Champion and Hanes brands are marked down in the back part of the store. These items are designed to move and priced that way. I have found deals up to 60% off on pajamas and found underwear marked down to $2.50 to $5 per pair.”

“I want to make sure to give Krystal and Destiny a 5 star review for our experience here! My wife and I were shopping for new clothes and ended up at J Crew as our last stop. The two ladies working were AMAZING! They were both so attentive, welcoming, and determined to make our experience impeccable. Krystal was assisting my wife in picking out outfits and finding clothes to make her look and feel amazing. Krystal was like a personal stylist and l hand selected everything and she had such a natural eye for style! We were having such a good time and none of us realized it was 7:40, even though they closed at 7:30. We felt terrible about the time but we never felt like we were rushed or pushed out. “We really like the JCPenny location in Pleasant Prairie and find that we have good service at the location any time we are there. JCPenny has a great portrait studio that always has good Christmas backgrounds for the season. We have got our Christmas pictures at JCPenny for years following some not so great experiences at a different brand of store. The portrait studio photo folks always seem to have things together and do very well. Some photos don't turn out good but they have always done well at taking a few of each different pose guaranteeing a shot you will like. The employees always have done well directing us into different poses that turned out well. I would recommend joining the portrait club as it does save money and if you can manage to get the membership toward the end of the Christmas season one year & then get in earlier the following year you can make the one year membership last over two Christmas seasons if that's really the only time you get photos like we did.The store itself is also very big with a great selection. Admittedly we only really come during the sales, but if you can find the sales timeframes you can get some quality items for a great price. The JCPenny credit card also ensures that you get some additional sale prices so it can really be worth it to sign up.”
