“The Columbia store at the Pleasant Prairie Outlet mall is a place I recommend stopping in to get any of your clothing needs.We stopped in at probably what was a very busy time for the store. Columbia is pretty well known for their clothing, specifically cold weather stuff and with the cooler weather starting we needed to get new winter jackets. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.The gentleman that I spoke with worked in men's jackets and let me tell you this man is passionate about Columbia jackets with their offerings. He was very knowledgeable about all their products and from what I could tell he has been there for a while understanding what they have. I bought a Columbia jacket that I love about 4 years ago but after losing some weight I needed a smaller size. I described the jacket to him and the features it had. He immediately remembered that specific jacket from a while back & showed me two different ones they had now.Knowing all the features he was able to point out the difference between the two leaving me with a great feeling of knowing exactly what I was buying. At no point did I feel like he was in any hurry to move on, quite the contrary, he seemed like he really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with what I walked out with. The value you get in the jacket I can attest to as well, as aforementioned I have had my jacket for years & only due to needing another size did I need another one. Many years of shoveling snow and other winter activities fully waterproofed warm comfort.Highly recommended!”

She said I could have them shipped for free but saw my I was disappointed. She went in checked in back and my size had recently arrived and my shoe dreams came true! “One of the best shoe shopping experiences I have ever had, and this is coming from someone who does not shop a lot for shoes. Right away when I arrived, workers were quick to help me find the right shoe for my needs. Every employee had a lot of of knowledge and were quick to give me answers to my questions. So much positive energy from all!Manager Kalynn provided exceptional customer service by answering many questions of mine. She even told me her personal preference as far as sizing goes for how she wears her own shoes. When I was told this, it helped me ultimately make the best decision for the best shoe size for me. That's REAL great customer help, it makes sense why the rest of the employees are so great, everything trickles down.Also, Aaron helped me out a lot throughout my time in store and was very kind the entire time. Employees alongside Kalynn and Aaron that also were great were Judy, Isabella, and Lauren. The whole management operating this store gets 5 stars ? from me and I would do 10 stars if I could. A+++ !!!I definitely recommend shopping here! And when I need new shoes I know where to go.”

“For at least the last 15 years, UA has been my favorite sports wear overall. Superior quality material with an array of sleek designs and color options among the apparel lineup, UA knows how to do it.I love clothes in general so I'd be lying to say that this is the only brand among sports wear I wear. I do wear a little bit from other known competitors such as Nike, Puma and Adidas.Sales here are typically good especially nearing Christmas and other holiday wknds. Store is always well organized, kept clean/sanitized and customer service is always friendly & helpful.”

“I'm a fan of Timberland boots. My old boots were pretty torn up on the inside, so I came in with them to see what a good replacement would be. I work outside, so I wanted something durable, but I didn't want steel toe. I believe his name was Angelito- he helped me find a new pair of boots and let me know I could get 20% off if I dropped off my old boots there, so I did! He also waxed my new shoes for me and gave me some wax of my own. Good stuff!”
