Willow Springs saw Cindy the very next day and surgery the following week. The hole staff went over and beyond making sure Cindy had proper care. All of you are my Cindy's angels! “I am so grateful that I found one of the best adult cats here at the Kenosha location. I do recommend going here, but just want to mention a few things. I brought my cat home and he kept sneezing. Then draining from the eye. I was trying to let it run it's course, but when I heard him wheezing I knew he needed to go to the vet. He already had an appointment, but they scheduled too far out so I found a new vet. He had an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He needed eye ointment and 4 weeks of antibiotics. After spending over $500 in vet bills he is better. What makes me mad is that it was not emphasized that you get free pet insurance for 30 days, but have to activate it. The information is in the back of the folder. I just didn't see it until it was too late. Hope this saves someone else money. Otherwise, I do recommend going here. Just activate your pet insurance and set up a vet appointment.”

“Coco has a heart murmur. We were very worried about her spay surgery. We live in Crystal Lake and went to Animal Medical Center in Lake Villa because we adopted her through Ruff Luck and it was free. It was a 45 min drive. The tech was super nice! Cinder, the resident cat, greeted us with her beautiful blue eyes=}. We dropped Coco off and 9am and picked her up at 2pm. She was a little sore for a day or two and back to herself in less than a week. This place is great then vet and the staff really care! Thank you!”

“Took my dog, Diesel, in for his first grooming. Cassie took care of us or him and was truly phenomenal. She is so well educated regarding her breeds and made me AND Diesel feel incredibly comfortable. Thank you Cassie. Later I went into the store to buy fish and Jo helped me. What an amazing experience. She didn't just scoop up the fish I wanted but informed me that the fish I was wanting was a "school " fish and wld do much better with companions. Never have I experienced that when buying fish there before. She was genuinely concerned that the fish were comfortable and not just thrown in a bag. Wow! Thank you Jo! You're amazing.”

“Our dog was in so much pain 3 weeks ago, at night of course, WVRC was the only option I was given from every vet I called locally... I was so glad we took him there! They took him back right away, had him diagnosed and a treatment plan in place within 10 min. He had slipped a disc in his back (he's 15 yrs old) couldn't walk and was crying in pain for 4 hours! The medicine they gave him gave him relief right away, and Within a Few days he was doing better and 2 weeks later he was pretty much back to normal! WVRC was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail so we could understand, even about an ongoing cough our dog has had for years that the. vet said could be treated when our vet said it couldn't! Dr. Fiddy was great! I can't recommend them enough!”
