“Being the first time here, everything was great! The only critique I would have would be that they don't/didn't use any scented products so my dog still smelled like a dog after the grooming. Aside from that, his fur was very soft and they did an excellent job brushing and blowing out all the loose hair. We'll definitely go back, I'll just have to be sure we inquire about using scented products from now on.”
“I brought my daughter into this location over the weekend and let her pick out a Beta Fish. While we were looking at the selection, Andria was very helpful with picking out what we may need. Then told us that the groomer on duty Anna was very knowledgeable on Beta Fish and she was able to answer any questions we had about proper care for our new fish Frank.”

“I tried Vetco (Petco) vaccination clinics for the first time today with my dog and my cat. I love my vet and take my pets there if we have a problem but vaccinations at my vet are just too expensive. I had previously been a pretty loyal Shotvet customer which is PetSmart's vaccination clinic. After our appointment today at Petco... I will tell you that Vetco is SO MUCH BETTER!! We went to the Sturdevant, WI location. First off, it's much easier to book an appointment with Vetco vs. Shotvet. There are more available days and times which is way more convenient. The girl who checked us in as well as the vet tech and the vet were very professional, incredibly friendly, super informative and knowledgeable. They talked to me about other options for my dog's flea/tick and heartworm meds than the ones that I use and pointed out that these other options would save me some money. They pointed out a benign tumor in my dog's ear that I knew about but could easily have been unaware of. I really appreciated the extra time they took to talk to me about those things. They also asked if I had other veterinary concerns with my pets. I did not, but it's nice they take the time to answer questions or listen to concerns that are non-vaccine related. Shotvet did not show this level of concern for my pet, though they are quick and efficient. Vetco goes above and beyond in my opinion. I was really happy with my experience today and will absolutely continue to do my vaccine appointments with Vetco from now on.”

“First time to take my 2 boy pups ? in for haircuts. Both of the employees first listened and talked with me about what I wanted for each pup even tho they are brothers they are both very different. So they customized cuts for each pup and I was blown awaywith how awesome of a job was done for each pup. I greatly thank both gals who took there time with each of my boys .. tyvm for your patience, time and great understanding.. before and after photos..”
