“I love this place! It has everything you need in one place like crickets and roaches for my dragon, all other pet supplies as well for dogs, cats ECT. You can even wash your dog for free and they supply the towels! Staff at Pet Supplies Plus acknowledge you right away, I've never had to wait to get crickets. Not only that they're a lot cheaper!”
“1st time taking my German Shepherd for a bath. The staff is so helpful, friendly and considerate of my dog being so scared of a bath. She did great with them, she’s a very excited dog with others and they understood it. Definitely will be going back”

“I am so grateful that I found one of the best adult cats here at the Kenosha location. I do recommend going here, but just want to mention a few things. I brought my cat home and he kept sneezing. Then draining from the eye. I was trying to let it run it's course, but when I heard him wheezing I knew he needed to go to the vet. He already had an appointment, but they scheduled too far out so I found a new vet. He had an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He needed eye ointment and 4 weeks of antibiotics. After spending over $500 in vet bills he is better. What makes me mad is that it was not emphasized that you get free pet insurance for 30 days, but have to activate it. The information is in the back of the folder. I just didn't see it until it was too late. Hope this saves someone else money. Otherwise, I do recommend going here. Just activate your pet insurance and set up a vet appointment.”

“Store is pretty small, but huge compassion and knowledge by the staff. I went into the store to find something, to keep my bully xl from being bored... I'm horrible with names, but everyone there was so helpful, we looked into a puzzle, and it was a hit for her. Even though she figured it out in about 10 min, she was excited about it.. so thank you to everyone in the store, I really appreciate it, and will definitely be back, felt like one of them was digging me, but it could be she passionate about dogs, and got kind of the same breed I have... jk, but will shop again... would give 5 stars, but not a big selection of Kong products..”
“This is my favorite "mom-and-pop-shop" of all time. The staff is incredibly friendly, and even if you don't own a bird, seeing their beautiful parrots and all the toys and associated accessories is a neat thing. Great for kids and parents alike. Having a parrot, I have bought most of her toys from here.”
“This is my favorite place ever to get my pet snakes food, and just to wonder off looking at the animals they have to purchase! I've seen some really funny animals in there. Once I saw a hamster that was so strong it knocked it's stuff down when it pushed it! I named his buff hammy. I was never able to purchase him because I have two cats and two snakes, so that wouldn't work. But anyways, the cashiers are always so kind, and their pet toys are super high quality! Compared to other brands, the ones here are safe and strong for tearing and destroying them. They have lots of cages, fishes, birds, and even sometimes they get cats for adoption! Those are my absolute favorite animal to look at. Their always so cute and fluffy. The place is clean and they take good care of the dogs when grooming. Overall such a good place for all your pet needs, and a great place to look at some tiny and cute animals. Definitely would recommend as a certified animal lover! ??”

“I tried Vetco (Petco) vaccination clinics for the first time today with my dog and my cat. I love my vet and take my pets there if we have a problem but vaccinations at my vet are just too expensive. I had previously been a pretty loyal Shotvet customer which is PetSmart's vaccination clinic. After our appointment today at Petco... I will tell you that Vetco is SO MUCH BETTER!! We went to the Sturdevant, WI location. First off, it's much easier to book an appointment with Vetco vs. Shotvet. There are more available days and times which is way more convenient. The girl who checked us in as well as the vet tech and the vet were very professional, incredibly friendly, super informative and knowledgeable. They talked to me about other options for my dog's flea/tick and heartworm meds than the ones that I use and pointed out that these other options would save me some money. They pointed out a benign tumor in my dog's ear that I knew about but could easily have been unaware of. I really appreciated the extra time they took to talk to me about those things. They also asked if I had other veterinary concerns with my pets. I did not, but it's nice they take the time to answer questions or listen to concerns that are non-vaccine related. Shotvet did not show this level of concern for my pet, though they are quick and efficient. Vetco goes above and beyond in my opinion. I was really happy with my experience today and will absolutely continue to do my vaccine appointments with Vetco from now on.”
