“Cool place, very informative owner. I enjoyed being able to actually talk to someone about certain diets and what not. I haven't compared prices to the box stores but assume it's a little more. But I'd rather pay a little more to a local business with the knowledge they have. Will definitely be back.”

“Love the feed and seed station, it is the only place I get eggs from. Also my dogs love going with because they always get a new bag of treats, and lots of love.”

“My baby Conan had his first visit yesterday with Ashley! We just adopted this little guy a week and a half ago and his nails had never been clipped so they were super sharp, I was able to get on Ashley’s schedule within a day of speaking with her. She did amazing with him, when I picked him up he smelt and looked amazing! I highly recommend Ashley for all your pets grooming needs!! ✨”

“Jane made the most BEAUTIFUL cake to celebrate our furbaby’s gotcha day. She is extremely responsive, kind, and clearly puts so much care into her work. We can’t recommend B&Js enough!”

“They have always been very good and patient with my puppy girls. I get exactly what I want when I bring them in for a grooming. I've been going there for about 6 years now and have no plans to go anywhere else.”

“This is my favorite "mom-and-pop-shop" of all time. The staff is incredibly friendly, and even if you don't own a bird, seeing their beautiful parrots and all the toys and associated accessories is a neat thing. Great for kids and parents alike. Having a parrot, I have bought most of her toys from here.”

“I am so grateful that I found one of the best adult cats here at the Kenosha location. I do recommend going here, but just want to mention a few things. I brought my cat home and he kept sneezing. Then draining from the eye. I was trying to let it run it's course, but when I heard him wheezing I knew he needed to go to the vet. He already had an appointment, but they scheduled too far out so I found a new vet. He had an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He needed eye ointment and 4 weeks of antibiotics. After spending over $500 in vet bills he is better. What makes me mad is that it was not emphasized that you get free pet insurance for 30 days, but have to activate it. The information is in the back of the folder. I just didn't see it until it was too late. Hope this saves someone else money. Otherwise, I do recommend going here. Just activate your pet insurance and set up a vet appointment.”

“Best local fish place in Kenosha as of now. Knowledgeable staff. They can at least try to order you fish if it's on their order list, whereas pet smart cannot. I've always been treated well there.”
