“Dave goes above and beyond. We have a 96 H1 at our shop in ONT, CANADA and can NOT for the life of me locate parts. Any dealer/automotive parts supplier around here shuts me down the moment they hear its an H1.... or they mash together parts to sell us, say, a tie-rod end, that is incorrectly fitted. “I stopped by for some AMAM antifreeze, seeing that their window signage advertised a steal of a deal! However, I noticed that deal was only *after* a mail in rebate. Boo! But the gentleman that helped me was more than happy to price match the price that Fleet Farm had them for, so I didn’t have to deal with the rebate! Only giving 4 stars, however, because there was some mild disorganization in the store that could have been a bit better (ice melt and oil dry bags.) From a former Auto Parts GM: thank you! “Winter time is never ideal when it comes to vehicle troubles. Harwood “I believe was his name. Correct me if wrong.” was outstanding in assisting my sister and I with a new battery after the old one was dead and corroded. Walked us through step by step on replacing the battery and checked for any error codes. Needless to say we learned something new and will definitely be stopping back if we need any more help. Highly recommended!”

“I wasted 15 minutes wandering around Fleet Farm without seeing any employees in the automotive department. When I finally found the spark plugs, the ones I needed were out of stock. When I decided to try Napa, even though there were 3 people in line and only 1 employee, I was still in and out in about 10 minutes with the correct spark plugs at a better price, plus picked up some shop gloves and a spark plug socket while I was waiting. Wish I would have caught the name of the employee, but I will skip Fleet Farm and head straight to Napa next time.”

They cleaned my vehicle up before I picked it up inside and out. I was very pleased with the work they did after I hit a deer . The ease of going to them is what was the best . “I bought a tire from tire plus yesterday. It went flat within several hours. I called to get it fixed as I drive my car a lot and had plans with my son. I brought it to tires plus and though the agent tried to fit me in couldn’t. I brought it here and they not only figured out the issue, they resolved it, they were friendly, and genuine. “My son wanted new shoes for his car, 2015 Dodge Charger, so a friend told us about Extreme Customs. I could not be more pleased with their customer service. My son found a set he wanted for his car, but didn't make sure they fit properly. After placing the order we received an email from Cameron * informing us that tires are too tall and that the rims offset was too much and would rub on the calipers. So Cameron assisted us in finding a replacement that would work great for my sons car and that was to the liking of my sons style. We are very pleased with how everything worked out and their great customers service. Definitely shopping here again when I want to replace the wheels on my 2022 Ram 2500.
