“Have you tried the Target App to order stuff on-line for pick up? Everything is easy to find and they let you pick an item and then look for Target Circle deals on the specific items. I love that. The customer service person got my stuff right away. I have never had an order messed up and as long as the order is ready you can pick it up anytime. “Today I had a couple items to return as well as some shipping to take care of. I was in the store for about an hour, and in that time there was a young lady checking customers out. I didn't catch her name, but she has the BEST customer service. There was a manager walking around and he never offered to help her until the line was down to only 2 customers.
That young lady never got flustered or upset over the constant flow of customers, and lack of help.
Retail can be tuff to maintain. She handled it much better than most people are capable. It was also a shame to see her manager not jump in to help, and instead 'pretend ' to be bisy”
