“I had a very urgent need for car fob batteries, and they were closing in 10 minutes. I was expecting the staff to kind of try to usher me out, but a total of THREE staff members helped me to find what I needed and they gave me a tool to open the batteries so I could replace the old one. I wish I knew their names so I could give them credit. But everyone I met at the store tonight, 1/30/24, was super helpful and went above and beyond. This is one of the best walmart experiences I've had in a while.”

“I'm giving this location 4 stars for several reasons: The cosmetics section isn't on lockdown like it is where I'm from. Where I'm at, even the common body sprays are locked up and you can never find anyone to unlock the case. No problem at this location. The gluten free section at this store isn't super, but they have one and it's easy to find. They also have a decent selection of non-dairy frozen treats. And finally, it's clean and the staff I encountered were friendly. Anyone complaining about this location ought to experience the ones out west in AZ and NV.”
“Typical Big Lots that has all the Big Lots items that you need. Went in for a case of water and some snacks. Fine prices and well stocked store.However, only one cashier that was a little slow with a line. Other than that would recommend if you need a Big Lots in South La Crosse”
