07/06/24 Was at Fedex again, a month later and again absolutely fantastic. Helped printing a return label for me, scanned it so I had receipt so I could leave right away while he got my box from my car. Recommend this Fedex highly!!!
Fabulous Fedex office. I am disabled and the area was too slippery for me to go in and I believe his name was Ryan answered the phone and told me he would be right out. Anyway he came out took care of the return package without any hesitation. He is a tremendous asset to Fedex!

He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. “Going in and picking up was fine. I have no problems there. What I do have a problem with is when I'm waiting on a much needed new gateway box for my Internet, and it gets delayed an extra 2 days because the driver apparently had a hard time finding my apartment. So he just decided to give up and send it back to the facility. (Hence why I even had to go in, in the first place. Got me out here wasting gas, doing their job)”

“I do recommend this location. I didn't leave this review before now. Because life was chaotic with moving to Houston, but we went in to ship some items that are dear to us very expensive. From this location and Jordan was working there at the time, Jordan was amazing. He carefully rapped my JVL speaker mom's kitchenaid. Mixer, blender everything a few other items too. He really saved us a few dollars as well and he is great at customer service very polite. I give him a 5 out of 5. I don't know about any of the other employees because he was the only one there in the morning on August 1st. He took charge with wrapping everything because we were too stressed out to figure out how to organize everything properly after Moving Out of a bad situation again. I gave him a 5 out of 5”
