Sometimes you get a dud that is just not friendly and doesn’t really say much. Overall, they get my packages where they need to go.”

He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. I was returning an item to Amazon I pulled up my QR code she assisted me and walked me through it and it was done within 5 minutes. She handled it very easily and was very helpful to me and I was out the door with a smile!”

When I was having a problem with the printer to print some pictures on letter size papers he didn't hesitate to help and asked me just to email them to the shop email address and took care of the rest professionally. This shop is one of my best FedEx office center to do business with and I will definitely keep coming back.”
