He was totally awesome he knew folks in the neighborhood and the previous owners so he already knew best place for our router and modem installation. Very pleased with MHTC. Also when taking to sales their recommendations for how much internet service we needed was great.”
“I recommend going when Charles is there. He is nice and considerate. He acknowledges customers when they come in and gives them a estimated wait time if all employees are busy. Unlike the 1st time I went there, a different employee was there, she didn't acknowledge me and I ended up waiting for about an hour before I left. Only go when Charles is there. He doesn't waste your time.”
